| BACK ISSUES FAQs
How long does it take for back issues to arrive once I've placed my order?
In the U.S., it usually takes about two weeks. Overseas orders usually arrive in about four weeks. Please note that these are rough estimates, and your magazines may very well take a longer (or shorter) time to arrive. In most cases, back issues are sent via surface mail for overseas orders.
I'm having problems ordering back issues online with your secure server. Can I just send a check?
Yes. Fill out and print our back issues order form and send it along with a check or money order payable to MAGNET to the address provided.
If I order a back issue, do I get the sampler CD that originally came with that issue?
No. Unfortunately, supplies of past volumes of the CD sampler have been exhausted.
I really, really want the sold-out issue with Sleater-Kinney on the cover. Are you sure there's not a couple of copies lying around the office? Or could you just email me the text to an article in a sold-out issue?
Gone is gone is gone. Sold-out issues no longer reside on our physical plane. And while we do have digital records of past articles, it is extremely time-consuming and unrewarding to wade through our hard drives to locate a particular story. Most of the really good articles from sold-out issues are posted on our archives page, anyhow.
Why are there so few FAQs about back issues?
Would you ask a bird why it has but two wings? Or a spider but eight eyes?
