There’s something especially heavy about “Something Good,” the single from Stephen Doster’s August 25 release New Black Suit. On the slow, classic-sounding rock song, the Austin native sings about waiting: “Something good is gonna happen any day now/I can feel it coming.” It’s a difficult-yet-hopeful tribute to the long grind, to keeping your head down and staying the course.
