The band will play a three-night SXSW residency in support of the release … Arcade Fire has announced the February 17 release of The Reflektor Tapes and Live At Earls Court on digital video via Eagle Rock. Both will be available on DVD and Blu-ray on January 27 … The 16th full-length from Brian Jonestown Massacre, Don’t Get Lost, is due out from A Recordings on February 24 … Also on February 24, the 30th anniversary of Roy Orbison’s 1987 comeback concert will be honored with the release of Black & White Night 30 on DVD, Blu-ray and CD on Roy’s Boys/Legacy … Our First 100 Days is a new compilation project featuring tracks by Angel Olsen, How To Dress Well, Mitski, Toro y Moi and more. It features full-band recordings with the Felice Brothers and drummer Jim Keltner, as well as guest appearances by Jim James, Gillian Welch, Blake Mills and more … The first new album from Aimee Mann in five years, Mental Illness, is due out March 31 via her own SuperEgo label … On February 24, Old 97’s new album, Graveyard Whistling, will be released by ATO … The Austin Sessions, the 1997 recording featuring stripped-down versions of Kris Kristofferson’s best songs, will be reissued as a remastered and expanded edition by Rhino on February 10 … Domino has announced two Buzzcocks reissues: the Spiral Scratch EP (which turns 40 this year) on January 27, and Time’s Up alongside a special boxed set on March 10 … Soundgarden’s 1988 debut, Ultramega OK, will be reissued by Sub Pop on March 10 … A boxed set featuring all of George Harrison’s studio albums, George Harrison: The Vinyl Collection, will be available February 24, which would have been his 74th birthday, via UMe … March 3 will see the release of No Resolution, the third solo LP from Tim Kasher (Cursiv, Good Life) on 15 Passenger … When Colors Come Together … The Legacy Of Harry Belafonte is an essential compilation curated by Harry Belafonte himself in honor of his 90th birthday, due out from Legacy on February 24 … Drag City will issue the debut release from the Laetitia Sadier Source Ensemble, Find Me Finding You, on March 24 … The Mavericks have announced the March 31 release of Brand New Day, the band’s first independent studio album on its own label, Mono Mundo/Thirty Tigers … The 1997 release from the Muffs, Happy Birthday To Me, will be reissued by Omnivore on March 3.
