Grey Lands is an up-and-coming group from Toronto looking to make an impression with a very ’90-influenced brand of indie and alternative rock. Their debut track, “Another Lie,” shows a lot of promise, proving the band’s competence for utilizing its strengths wisely, as well as a great vocal performance balanced perfectly by brief, Sonic Youth-style descents into guitar masses.
