Songwriter James Blackshaw was asked to perform a live score to the fifth and final film of Louis Feuillade’s Fantômas silent film series. Blackshaw now has a video for his beautiful composition “Fantomas : Le Faux Magistrat (Part IV).” The clip is slide show of old photos, most of them of nature, but the picture quality and colors are straight out of the ’60s or ’70s, and the music gives the photos lives of their own.
