Deluxe 12-disc boxed set Sound System compiles five remastered albums from the Clash along with demos, singles, b-sides and rarities—as well as a DVD containing all of the group’s videos, as well as previously unseen footage. The set, which was designed and compiled by the band members themselves, will be available from Sony on September 10 … On August 20, the eighth album from Stereophonics, Graffiti On The Train, will be available in the U.S. via the band’s Stylus Records. The quartet is touring North America in support this fall … No Age’s fourth release, An Object, will be out August 20 via Sub Pop … Blue Note Records will issue a collaborative album between Elvis Costello And The Roots, entitled Wise Up Ghost, on September 17 … Speaking of collaborations, Moderat (the combined forces of Modeselektor and Apparat) has returned to release II on August 6 via Mute … The Big E is a tribute album to Buddy Emmons, featuring vocals from the likes of Willie Nelson, Vince Gill and Emmylou Harris, as well as appearances from Steve Fishell, Greg Leisz, Paul Franklin and many more. It’s out August 20, with all proceeds going to the Country Music Hall of Fame and Museum … The seventh studio album from Placebo, Loud Like Love, will be released September 17 via Universal, which will be followed by an autumn tour … Bob Marley And The Wailers’ iconic 1984 album Legend has been remixed by many top DJs and producers including Stephen Marley, RAC, Nickodemus and more.
