Brighton, U.K.-based experimental musician Graeme Coop goes by the moniker Birkwin Jersey. He recently put out new album Between The Weather & The Sea via Absent Fever/DZ Tapes. Coop’s style is the unexpected, having a history of using items lying around the house (bottle caps, creaking doors) in his music, along with instruments ranging from banjo to cello. The first single off the LP is “We Don’t Go To Dances,” which features the rhythmic vocal presence of singer Vienna. Download the song below.
