The Tallest Man On Earth is back with new music that’s melodious and Dylanesque as ever. Leading up to the June 12 release of There’s No Leaving Now (Dead Oceans), Kristian Matsson gives us “1904,” a beautiful piece of his usual acoustic singer/songwriter style. Something in the lyrics is downcast (“When believing is hard but you now go, and you feel what you drag across the floor”), but Matsson delivers them with a comforting tone and a beautiful wash of guitar.
