Cults’ “You Know What I Mean” is a slow-paced, emotionally charged little number off the band’s self-titled debut (on In The Name Of/Columbia), and the song’s video is every bit as good. Mixing the sweet with the sad, the clip focuses on an unlikely romance in the middle of a circus camp. Played by bandmates (and real-life lovebirds) Madeline Follin and Brian Oblivion, the couple finds ways to keep its love alive in the face of disaster.
