Vancouver-based duo the Zolas return following their 2010 debut, Tic Toc Tic, with the more indie-pop-driven “Cultured Man.” Not much of a departure from their Tic swagger and pomp, “Cultured Man” optimizes Zach Gray and Tom Dobrzanski’s more synth-y sensibilities with dance grooves that slyly echo MGMT. The song is off a recently released split seven-inch with the Litonians. Download the track below.
