In June, Black Lips issued their sixth album via Vice Records, and it marked the first time the Atlanta flower punks didn’t self-produce one of their releases. The 16-track Arabia Mountain features nine songs produced by Mark Ronson (Adele, Duran Duran, Amy Winehouse), with the remainder being recorded with Lockett Pundt (Deerhunter). Black Lips kicked off an East Coast tour tonight in Charlotte, N.C.
