The late, great Cul de Sac released nine albums over a 20-year career, including collaborations with John Fahey and Damo Suzuki (Can). Cul de Sac mainman and American-primitive guitarist Glenn Jones returns September 13 with The Wanting, his first solo album for the Thrill Jockey label. The 11-track LP will be available on CD as well as on double vinyl. While the song we have today isn’t on The Wanting, it did appear on Even To Win Is To Fail, an out-of-print split release that Jones did with the Black Twig Pickers.
