On Tuesday, Ha Ha Tonka returns with third album Death Of A Decade (Bloodshot). The 11-track LP is the follow-up to 2007′s Buckle In The Bible Belt and 2009’s Novel Sounds Of The Nouveau South, and while both those records were stellar, Death Of A Decade is even better. The quartet hails from West Plains, Mo., which, if you saw last year’s great Winter’s Bone, you know is located in the hills of the Ozarks, and Ha Ha Tonka’s brand of Southern rock could have provided the score for the film.
