New Orleans duo Generationals are releasing sophomore album Actor-Caster on March 29 via the Park The Van label. Singers/multi-instrumentalists Ted Joyner and Grant Widmer recorded the 10-track LP last summer over the course of a month in heat-soaked Washington, D.C., which may have something to do with the decidedly downcast lyrics. Regardless, Actor-Caster is well worth your time, as evidenced by first single “Ten-Twenty-Ten.” Check out the song’s Albert Birney-directed video below.
