When we found out that there was a new band made up of Taylor Goldsmith (Dawes), John McCauley (Deer Tick) and Matthew Vasquez (Delta Spirit), we were thinking the outfit’s name had to begin with a “D.” We were wrong. Middle Brother is set to release its 12-track, self-titled debut via Partisan Records on March 1, with a U.S. tour planned in the spring.
