On July 7, 2007, at 7:07 p.m., the Boredoms curated a live performance by 77 drummers at Brooklyn’s Empire-Fulton Ferry State Park. On September 7, Thrill Jockey is issuing Boredoms 77 Boa Drum, a DVD documenting the event that also includes rehearsal video and interviews. The 89-minute documentary combines footage shot by director Jun Kawaguchi with fan-filmed live videos that were posted on YouTube.
