Broken Bells, the love child of James Mercer and Danger Mouse, have just released the video for their newest alt-rock fusion, “The Ghost Inside,” off their self-titled debut album. The duo’s combined star power landed Mad Men‘s Christina Hendricks to strap on a sexy space suit and fly around a futurescape replete with gravity-defying ships. The song’s blippy beats are just as surreal as the visuals, all of which float along in a keyboard-heavy, violin-tinged, dreamy fashion.
