San Francisco-based Seth Augustus is releasing his debut, To The Pouring Rain (Porto Franco), on Tuesday. Though it's only his first album, Augustus has been making music since the '80s, collaborating with the likes of Jolie Holland, Helios Creed and Paul Pena.
