Emily Kokal, Theresa Wayman and Jennifer Lindberg are Warpaint, and they appear in all their mystical glory in this video for “Stars,” where they seem to be performing occultish rituals in the ashes of the Angeles National Forest. It’s the perfect setting for the otherworldliness of the song, which is the opening track from the band’s debut EP, Exquisite Corpse (Manimal Vinyl).
