Julian Plenti (a.k.a. Paul Banks of Interpol) has released his first solo album, Julian Plenti Is… Skyscraper (Matador). First single/video from the album is “Games For Days,” which follows a bizarro-pulp storyline, featuring a trashed hotel room and a handcuffed Emily Haines (Metric).
