Film At 11: Japancakes
Instrumental no more. Japancakes, the vocal-less band from Athens, Ga., has—a mere 13 years into its career—recorded a song featuring singing. Actually, there's two different versions of "Behind The Mountains," one in English (sung by Azure Ray's Orenda Fink) and one in Mandarin (sung by Miss Stocking's Moon). A third take is instrumental; old habits die hard. This video is for the Fink version.
